About
Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned grappler looking for quality mat time, Napa Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes and open mat sessions tailored to you. Our academy welcomes visitors and traveling practitioners with the same warm hospitality we show our regular students, and we're happy to lend a gi to anyone dropping in for a session.
Our coaches bring a passion for the art to every class, teaching clear, practical techniques that build solid fundamentals. Our training floor is full of experienced black belts who keep the rolls challenging and the atmosphere friendly.
Whether you're training through an evening class or a morning session, you'll find a community that feels like a second home to grapplers across Napa and the wider Napa Valley.
If you're in town, come by for a class or open mat and see for yourself why so many visiting practitioners plan to return.
