Based in Santa Rosa, Movement By Design offers physical therapy and movement coaching for people across Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. We help clients heal long-standing pain and move with more ease, connecting what happens in the body with habits, stress and everyday patterns.
Our approach is thoughtful and personal, and we take time to explain how the body works so that every session builds understanding as well as strength. Many of the people who work with us tell us the changes go far beyond physical comfort, including greater confidence, calmer thinking and a clearer sense of direction.
