Mount Diablo Jiu Jitsu brings family-run Brazilian jiu-jitsu and martial arts training to Concord and the East Bay. Our coaches are patient, kind and thoughtful, and we take the time to explain why each technique works, so students understand how the body moves as well as what to do.
Many of our members are families, with kids and parents training side by side in a welcoming, clean space that feels like home. Our programs build confidence and self-esteem, and our regular members are known for being accepting and supportive of everyone who walks through the door.
We also offer one-on-one personal training for people who want focused coaching and a push to reach their goals.
