MOSU

Deep tissue relief, soothing hot stone work, and a customized touch that adapts to your body: that's what we offer at MOSU, a massage practice serving Santa Rosa and neighboring communities across Sonoma County. Our massage therapy focuses on releasing stubborn knots and tension, especially in the neck, shoulders, and jaw, with pressure that's adjusted as we work so you never have to ask.

Guests often tell us they appreciate how we combine our understanding of muscle anatomy with an intuitive read on where your body needs the most attention. Our Techie massage with a fire and ice add-on pairs warm stones with cooling menthol, and our seasonal specials include a foot scrub to finish.

We keep our pricing reasonable for the area, so regular sessions are within reach for busy locals. Whether you're recovering from a long stretch of tension or simply need to unwind, we'd love to help you leave feeling lighter.
