More Than Motherhood

At More Than Motherhood, we help parents in Los Gatos and the South Bay get stronger and feel like themselves again through fitness designed around their lives. We offer fitness programs for women, with a focus on the needs of mothers at every stage.

Our approach is supportive and welcoming, and we're committed to helping each member move at her own pace. Whether you're returning to exercise after having a baby or simply looking for a community that understands the demands of family life, you'll find encouragement here.
