More Than Fitness PTS is a personal training studio in Redwood City focused on tailored, one-on-one fitness plans for people at every stage of their training. We build each program around your goals, body type, current abilities and energy level, and we measure progress with periodic evaluations so you can see how far you have come.
Our trainers watch your form and technique closely and give feedback in the moment, and we keep sessions fresh with new exercises and variations. We ask about any injuries, soreness or dizziness at every session and adjust the routine as needed, which makes us a good fit for clients recovering from injury or working around old ones.
