About
Whether you need relief from tight, sore muscles or a steady routine to keep your body moving well, Moon Waves Bodywork offers sports and therapeutic massage tailored to you. Our sessions begin with a focus on how your body feels that day, and we adjust pressure and technique to target your specific areas of tension.
Many clients come back month after month, and we're glad to see how much our work over time helps them feel more at ease. We take the time to learn each client's body, so every visit builds on the last and addresses what you need most.
Our approach blends deep tissue techniques with gentle, relaxing care, so you leave feeling lighter and with less tension. Clients across Walnut Creek and the East Bay tell us their headaches have eased and their overall wellbeing has improved.
