About
Moon and Stars Studio brings Pilates and yoga classes to the Inner Sunset neighborhood of San Francisco and the surrounding community. We offer classes that are challenging yet well paced, with options for a range of skill levels, so newcomers and long-time practitioners both feel at home.
Our postpartum Pilates classes welcome babies, and we also offer family-friendly sessions for parents who want to stay active while caring for little ones. Our instruction is patient and encouraging, with teachers who walk you through each exercise on the reformer and make sure everyone feels comfortable and respected in the space.
Our classes are intimate, and many of our students have practiced with us for years. Whether you are just starting out or returning to movement, we hope you will leave feeling centered and restored.
