At Moments for Yourself Massage, we help Santa Rosa and Sonoma County clients ease the aches that come from long hours of standing, sitting, or working in awkward positions. Our sessions are built around each client's needs, and we take extra time on problem areas, adjusting pressure carefully so you get relief without discomfort.
We offer Swedish and deep tissue massage, and cupping therapy is available as well. Each session is unhurried and calming, with soft music and a relaxed atmosphere that help you settle in and let go.
