About
Based in San Carlos, Modified Landscape Design designs and builds yards across San Mateo County, from full front and back yard renovations to new lawns, patios and landscape lighting. Our work starts with listening: we help you shape a concept, select the materials and settle on a plan before any digging begins.
We keep projects on schedule and within budget, and we stay in touch from start to finish, checking in after installation to make sure plants are establishing and irrigation is working as it should. Our clients often tell us we took the stress out of the process and made a new house feel like home.
Whether you're refreshing a small backyard or reworking an entire property across the Peninsula, we'd be glad to help.
