About
Berkeley pet owners turn to Modern Animal Berkeley for veterinary care that feels calm, thorough and genuinely caring, for dogs, cats and the pets they love. We are a veterinary hospital serving Berkeley and families across Alameda County, offering routine wellness exams and ongoing medical care for our patients.
Our veterinarians take the time to examine each pet at their own comfort level, and we explain what we find and answer every question our clients have. We also care for kittens and other animals that need extra attention, following through with checkups and treatment plans as they grow stronger.
Our team is friendly and knowledgeable, and we work to make every visit, including a first visit for a new pet, feel easy and relaxing. Our app lets you manage appointments for multiple pets, follow test results and transfer medical records.
Book through our booking page or call to schedule your pet's visit.
