Castro-Upper Market lifters and families looking for a supervised place to train turn to Mission High School Weightlifting Club for strength training that builds confidence and lasting fitness. We are a weightlifting club rooted in San Francisco, welcoming athletes who want to learn proper technique in a focused, team-oriented setting.
Our coaches guide each lifter through the fundamentals, from safe form to steady progression, so every session builds on the last. We train with an emphasis on discipline, encouragement and good habits that carry over into school, sport and everyday life.
