About
Mindfullbody.com brings skilled, restorative massage to the Castro-Upper Market neighborhood of San Francisco and to clients across the city who want a calm, focused hour of relief. Our sessions blend deep Swedish strokes with careful attention to the areas that need it most, working patiently through knots and tension until the body feels noticeably looser.
Many of our clients are desk-bound professionals whose forearms, calves and shoulders take the strain of long days at a keyboard, and we give that extra focus. Each treatment takes place in a quiet, serene studio with a garden view, where candles are lit and the atmosphere is designed to help you settle in and let go.
Beyond the technique, we bring warmth, openness and genuine care to every table, which is why many clients have returned for years.
