Based in Petaluma, Mindbody Somatics offers somatic coaching and bodywork for individuals across Petaluma and Sonoma County. Our sessions help you listen to what your body is telling you, so you can notice patterns of tension and respond to them with more presence and intention.
We work well alongside traditional talk therapy, and many clients use our table sessions and simple home practices to feel more grounded in everyday life. Our approach is gentle, attentive and non-judgmental, and we take the time to understand what you need before shaping a plan together.
We offer both in-person and virtual sessions, so support is available wherever you are in the North Bay. We're especially welcoming to LGBTQ+ and transgender clients, and we're happy to meet you wherever you are in your journey.
