At Mind Wave Institute, we help adults in Menlo Park and across San Mateo County clear emotional blocks, quiet self-doubt and build lasting confidence through hypnotherapy and mental fitness coaching. We bring a caring, intuitive approach to deep healing, supporting clients through past trauma, setbacks and periods of stress or transition.

Our work includes one-on-one sessions and structured programs such as Positive Intelligence and BeYou, which help you spot the triggers you didn't know you had and respond to them in constructive ways. Many of our clients come to us during difficult seasons, and we focus on helping them reconnect with their inner strength, set clear boundaries and move toward the goals that matter most to them.

We welcome LGBTQ+ clients and offer a safe, affirming space for transgender individuals, and sessions can be held over Zoom, so you can work with us from wherever you are.
