About
Berkeley and East Bay clients turn to Mind Heart Bodywork for Thai massage, craniosacral therapy and massage therapy that leave body and mind feeling settled and restored. We offer hands-on bodywork sessions in Berkeley, drawing on Thai massage, craniosacral therapy and therapeutic massage to meet each person where they are.
Our approach is gentle and attentive, and we take time to understand what your body needs before each session begins. Many clients come to us for relief from everyday tension, and we work to help them move with greater ease.
We also offer yoga instruction, so our practice supports both stillness and movement for people across Berkeley and the East Bay.
Whether you are new to bodywork or returning for ongoing care, we welcome you to call or stop by to find the right session for you.
