About
Mind Body Dojo is a martial arts school in El Cerrito, serving families and adults across El Cerrito and the East Bay. Our classes combine discipline with plenty of fun, so students stay motivated while building real skills.
Students learn practical techniques and self-defense they can use beyond the mat, taught with care and consistency. Our community is a big part of what we offer, with students who train together, learn from each other and grow in confidence over the years.
Students of all ages have earned their belts with us, and many have trained here for years.
