About
Michael Scott Does Hair is a barber shop in Oakland's Piedmont Avenue neighborhood focused on cuts that suit each client's hair, especially curly hair. We listen closely to what you want and deliver exactly that cut, while still bringing our own creative ideas to the chair.
Clients tell us they find us welcoming and friendly from the first visit to the last, and we work hard to make every appointment feel comfortable. Many of our clients come from across Oakland and the East Bay, having searched for a stylist who could finally get their curls to behave.
If you're looking for a barber who will truly listen, book online through our booking page.
