About
Healthy coping, clear perspective, and lasting progress: that's what we offer at Metz Holly. We are a psychology practice serving San Pablo and the surrounding communities of Contra Costa County.
Our work centers on talking through the challenges that affect everyday life, helping you understand what is going on and what you can do about it. We take the time to listen carefully and tailor each session to the goals you bring with you.
Appointments are recommended, so we encourage you to reach out to schedule your first visit.
Give us a call to set up a time to talk, and we will be glad to answer any questions you have.
