About
Albany and East Bay residents turn to Metta Traditional Thai Massage for traditional Thai massage that relieves tension and leaves you feeling renewed. Our therapists take time to understand where you feel tight or sore, and they adjust pressure to keep you comfortable, whether you prefer something gentle or deeper work on problem areas.
Many clients have been coming back for years, and we're glad to see how often our sessions leave people feeling like themselves again. Our Thai oil massage and 90-minute sessions give you room to slow down, with stretching included to help you feel looser after you leave.
We welcome first-timers and regulars alike, so whether you're easing back pain or simply need an hour to unwind, we're here for you.
