About
Looking to build confidence, stay fit, or learn self-defense, Metro Taekwondo offers taekwondo instruction for students of all ages and levels right here in Redwood City. We bring the discipline and energy of traditional martial arts to every class, helping students grow stronger in body and focus.
Our classes welcome beginners as well as experienced practitioners, so there's always a place to start and room to progress. Families across Redwood City and the Peninsula come to us for a supportive training environment where every student is encouraged to reach the next belt.
Whether you're training for personal goals or simply want a rewarding way to stay active, our instructors are here to guide you at every step.
