In the heart of School, Megan Rees, LPCC offers counseling and psychotherapy for adults in Oakland and across the East Bay, with a focus on burnout, overwhelm and work-related stress. We work with perfectionists, executives, founders, creatives and professionals in the healing field, helping clients move past simply talking to truly process what they're carrying and reconnect with their sense of power and joy.
Our approach is warm, client-centered and candid, and we explain complex ideas in ways that make sense. Many of our clients are creatives navigating recovery, and we bring real understanding of the creative life, including the challenges of ADHD and burnout.
Our practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and women-owned, and we aim to offer a space where you feel validated and seen.
