At Megan Bruce, LCSW, we help adults and families across San Francisco's Financial District-South Beach and the wider city work through eating disorders, food and body concerns, and anxiety. We offer outpatient psychotherapy designed around each person's needs, guiding clients through their treatment in a way that fits their life.
Our work is grounded in clinical experience with higher levels of care, and we coordinate closely with medical providers, dietitians, and families when that support is helpful. We're a women-owned practice and welcome LGBTQ+ clients, with a focus on feeling comfortable, understood, and supported from the first session.
