About
MedicinEvolution Bodywork Beyond Massage is a bodywork and holistic medicine practice in San Ramon focused on relieving chronic pain and improving how your body moves. We combine elements of physical therapy, massage, trigger point work, functional movement and deep breathwork to get at the root of physical patterns rather than just the symptoms.
Our sessions are active rather than passive, so you will often move on and off the table and practice simple movements in the room with us. We also give you homework and help you build awareness of how your body moves, so the changes you make carry into everyday life.
Clients across San Ramon and the East Bay come to us for knee pain, old injuries, limited mobility and sports-related strain. Many find they sleep better, move more freely and get back to activities they had stopped doing.
