Medical Masaje brings sports and therapeutic massage to Alameda and the East Bay, with a focus on muscle and soft tissue problems that have lingered for months or years. We take time at the start of each visit to understand your history and pinpoint where the pain or tightness is coming from, so every session is built around your body rather than a generic routine.
Our work draws on several different modalities, which helps us address imbalances in the hips, shoulders, neck and ankles as well as the pain you came in with. Many of our clients are people who have already seen other practitioners and are looking for lasting relief, and we often share simple stretches or at-home care to support recovery between visits.
