About
Based in Bernal Heights, Maury's Massage provides sports massage, prenatal massage and targeted bodywork for clients across San Francisco and the wider Bay Area. We take a thoughtful, hands-on approach, starting with a conversation about your goals and the areas that hold you back before any work begins.
Our sessions focus on finding the source of discomfort, from long-standing injuries and shoulder impingement to postural strain from long hours at a desk. We're attentive to pressure and sensitive to what your body needs, so each session feels like a restorative, healing experience rather than a standard spa treatment.
Many of our clients are athletes, including climbers who want to move better, and expectant mothers looking for prenatal care. We often send clients home with simple exercises to carry the progress forward between visits.
