Whether you need support through a difficult season or a space to understand your own patterns, Matters of the Heart Counseling Centers, A Marriage & Family Therapy Corporation offers individual counseling and group sessions tailored to you. We are a counseling practice in San Leandro, serving families and individuals across the East Bay.
Many of our clients come to us carrying stigma or hesitation about talking through mental health, so we work to create a space that feels warm, safe and genuinely comfortable from the first session. Our therapists listen closely, stay non-judgmental and make time when life gets heavy, and clients often tell us they have found the support they had been looking for.
We are especially proud to offer providers who understand the cultural experiences of Black and Brown clients, so you can feel seen by the person sitting across from you. Our group offerings have also become a community for many people who want to grow alongside others.
