About
Berkeley and East Bay athletes and active residents turn to Massage Chez Matthias: Deep Tissue Sports Massage for sports and deep tissue massage that eases stubborn knots and tightness. Clients often describe a practitioner who is attentive, communicative and skilled at finding trouble areas, then working through them with steady, unhurried pressure.
Sessions are built around each client's concerns, whether that is recovery from a strain, tendon irritation or a shoulder problem, or simply keeping a busy body in good working order. Many of our clients are regular, active people who benefit from consistent sessions that keep them moving freely between workouts and daily life.
We blend therapeutic work with real relaxation, so you leave feeling looser and more at ease.
