About
MASAHE BODYWORK brings sports massage therapy to San Mateo and the Peninsula, with sessions shaped around the demands of active bodies. We focus on sports massage, working through tight muscles and tension so that athletes and active people can recover and move with more ease.
Many of our clients are competitive athletes, including young swimmers and their families, and we tailor each session to the way their bodies are used. Our sessions leave clients feeling relaxed and well cared for, with a thorough, attentive approach from start to finish.
We also offer cupping therapy, which many clients have found helpful for easing persistent back discomfort.
