About
Gentle hands, calm attention, and a steady sense of trust: that's what we offer at Marissa Fitrakis - BiodynamicBody.net. Our practice is craniosacral therapy in Sonoma, where we work with clients across Sonoma County who are looking for relief from chronic stress, insomnia, and tension that hasn't responded to other approaches.
Each session is unhurried, and we pay close attention to what your body is holding, helping to release emotions and patterns you may not have realized were stuck. Many clients come to us after trying somatic work and stress management on their own, and find that the extra support makes a real difference.
We take care to be professional and kind throughout, and we check in with clients after sessions to make sure they are doing well.
