Manzanita Design Build brings design and construction together under one roof for homeowners in Temescal and across Oakland, handling everything from initial concept through permits and finished build. We are a design-build firm, so the same team takes your project from first sketches through zoning approval, building permits and construction, which means one point of contact and no handoffs between separate architects and contractors.
