Based in Novato, Mamita Cocina Mexicana serves Mexican cooking with roots in Oaxaca and Puebla for diners across Novato and Marin County. Our kitchen works with fresh, local ingredients, grills prime meats over oak wood, imports spices from Oaxaca, and makes our own corn masa in house.
