About
Mama Massage brings prenatal and pregnancy-focused massage to San Rafael and Marin County. We design each session around expectant mothers, starting with a conversation about your needs, comfort and intentions before we begin.
Our specialized prenatal table lets you relax on your front for a full massage, which is especially welcome in the third trimester. Sessions are unhurried and include calming breathwork and sound bath elements, along with intention cards and essential oils to help you settle into deep relaxation.
We know how to work with the aches and tension that come with pregnancy, including lower back discomfort, and we apply firm, confident pressure where it's needed. Many of our clients continue with us postpartum, and we're glad to support families across San Rafael and the wider North Bay through every stage of motherhood.
