About
MAC Built is a general contracting and remodeling firm in Temescal, Oakland, focused on residential and commercial renovation work across the East Bay. Our work ranges from structural projects, like lifting and shoring older homes to add new living space, to full ground-up renovations of brick warehouses with seismic upgrades, new utilities, and updated kitchens and baths.
We also convert garages, detached buildings, and larger industrial units into finished studio and living spaces, and we handle tear-downs and rebuilds of porches, garages, and roof decks. Clear communication is a priority for us from the first conversation through to the final walkthrough, so our clients know where their project stands at every stage.
We work with craftsmanship and budget discipline in mind, and we take responsibility and solve problems quickly when unexpected issues come up, as they do on most construction jobs. Our team takes pride in the work it does, and that care shows in how we treat our clients' ideas and how carefully we execute them.
