At Lyon-Martin Community Health Services, we help queer and transgender people across the Mission and San Francisco get the affirming, comprehensive care they deserve under one roof. We offer primary care, gender-affirming medication and referrals, and family planning services, with specialists and a team of attentive nurses and general practitioners.
Many of our patients are trans and queer people who tell us they have never felt more comfortable or safe in a medical setting, and we work hard to keep that feeling at the heart of every visit. Our staff takes time to be kind and considerate, including with patients who find routine procedures like blood draws difficult.
Our community feel is something we're proud of, and it's a big part of why people stay with us for years.
