At Lydia Lee Physical Therapy, we help athletes and active people across Oakland and Alameda County recover from sports injuries and get back to the activities they love. We work with everything from shoulder pain and meniscus injuries to chronic lower and upper back pain, and we build each treatment plan around your specific goals, whether that's returning to volleyball, jiu jitsu, running or weight training.
