Luxora ADU Builders

Luxora ADU Builders is a construction company in Redwood City focused on accessory dwelling units that serve as rental studios, guest houses, and workspaces. We design and build detached backyard units and garage conversions across San Mateo County, from Atherton and Menlo Park to Palo Alto and Redwood City.

Our projects are planned around the lot, such as the long, narrow backyard design we created for a tight Redwood City site, which still feels spacious and bright with a vaulted, skylit ceiling. We handle full builds that include insulation, utilities, and mini-split systems, keeping the design simple and durable so budgets stay under control.

We also tailor spaces to how clients will use them, including soundproofing and acoustic work for home studios and features like wider doorways, curbless showers, and pull-out kitchen storage for homeowners planning for the long term. Our schedules are realistic, and our work is efficient and professional from start to finish.
