Warm, grounded support, specialized training, and a judgment-free space: that's what we offer at Lupine Counseling | Therapy for Moms. We're a women-owned practice in San Jose serving moms across Santa Clara County and the South Bay, at every stage of motherhood.
Our work centers on perinatal mental health, helping mothers with the emotional shifts of pregnancy, birth, and early parenting, along with the identity changes and relationship adjustments that children bring. We bring specialized training in EMDR and KAP, and we also offer walk-and-talk sessions for mothers who prefer to move while they process.
We also see clients for trauma therapy and alternative approaches such as A.R.T. sessions. Telehealth is available for California residents who prefer to meet from home.
