About
Loosen Up Bodywork & Massage brings skilled, attentive massage and bodywork to Walnut Creek and the East Bay. Our therapists take time to understand where you hold tension, then work with care and a pressure that feels just right for you.
We offer massage therapy and lymph drainage therapy in a quiet, welcoming space, with sessions tailored to your body and goals. Clients often tell us they leave feeling looser and more at ease, and we're happy to share simple stretches and techniques you can use at home between visits.
Many of our clients are new to us, and we're glad to help you find the right session and therapist for your needs.
