Lin Ellen J

Lin Ellen J is a psychologist in San Jose focused on counseling for emotional difficulties that follow painful life experiences. We support adults working through emotional distress, from sudden emotional surges to ongoing emotional concerns, in a setting built around patient listening and clear, practical guidance.

Our approach combines careful listening with constructive advice and meditation, so you leave each session with tools you can use in daily life. We prefer to help you build lasting skills for handling your situation rather than offering quick reassurance alone.

We welcome clients from San Jose and throughout Santa Clara County who are looking for steady, thoughtful psychological support.

Appointments are recommended, so you can book through our website or reach out to us directly to get started.
