At Liguria Bakery, we bake handmade focaccia and rustic Italian bread for customers across North Beach and San Francisco who want a true neighborhood bakery experience. Our counter-serve shop is known for classic flavors like rosemary garlic, green onion and pizza focaccia, each made fresh with soft, pillowy dough and a chewy texture.
Many of our regulars make us a regular stop, buying several loaves at once to enjoy over the week and freezing the rest. We also offer our pane rustico, which is best enjoyed straight out of the oven, along with olive oil, tomato sauce and other pantry staples.
