In the heart of Downtown Oakland, LifeLong Trust Health Center provides primary care for patients of all backgrounds, with full-spectrum medical and dental services under one roof. Many of our patients have come to us for their primary care, and we work hard to keep wait times short so visits stay efficient and unhurried. Our outreach team also goes into the community to connect people who might otherwise end up in the emergency room with the care they need.
