Gentle adjustments, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki: that's what we offer at Life Force Chiropractic, a practice in Pleasant Hill serving families across Contra Costa County and the East Bay. Our care focuses on the whole body, so we work on the back, shoulders, knees, and feet together rather than only the area that hurts.
We use soft tissue work, trigger point pressure, and careful adjustments instead of forceful popping, and we take time to understand each person's body and daily routine. Many of our clients come to us for back and neck pain, sciatica, migraines, and recovery from concussion symptoms, and they often return for their whole family.
Our sessions are warm and calming, with Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy adding to the sense of relief. We also offer yoga and meditation instruction for those who want to build on their care at home.
