LFBA Studios - SJ The Alameda is a fitness studio in San Jose focused on Lagree workouts for people across Santa Clara County. Our spacious, clean studio is equipped with Lagree Pro machines, and every class is designed to be challenging in exactly the way you want.
Our instructors are friendly, welcoming and attentive to form and pace, giving clear instructions and demonstrations so that both new and returning members feel right at home. We are especially proud of how supportive our team is, including instructors who prepare modifications for members returning from recovery and help them build strength at their own pace.
Many members across the South Bay tell us this is their go-to Lagree studio, and we're glad to be a place where people show up, work hard and keep coming back.
