At Leela Mental Health, we help individuals, couples and families across Palo Alto and the Peninsula find thoughtful, supportive counseling for everyday life's challenges. We offer psychotherapy, family counseling and relationship counseling, working with each person to understand their goals and what they need most.
Our team is LGBTQ+ friendly and provides a transgender safespace, so everyone who walks through our doors can feel respected and understood. Clients often tell us they appreciate the attentive, passionate care they receive, with therapists who bring fresh perspectives and a genuine commitment to the people they serve.
