About
At Lam Teresa OD, we help patients across Pacific Heights and the wider San Francisco community protect their vision with thorough, detailed eye exams. We take time to understand each patient's history, including family eye health concerns, and use that information to guide every exam and recommendation.
Our approach is patient and unhurried, and we explain what we are checking and why it matters so you leave with clear answers. We also help patients find eyeglasses and contact lenses that fit comfortably, including daily contacts that feel less dry.
Our focus is long-term eye health, and we carefully monitor changes over time for patients who have been with us for years.
