La Selva brings structured, evidence-based mental health care to Palo Alto and the families and adults across Santa Clara County. Our day program combines CBT, DBT and ACT with process groups designed for LGBTQ and BIPOC clients, so care feels relevant to your life.
Our clinicians are the heart of what we do, and our supportive community helps people build regulation, coping skills and a real sense of safety. We also offer residential and supportive housing options for those who need a more immersive setting.
Many clients find they leave our program more grounded and better equipped than when they arrived. We accept Kaiser insurance along with many other plans.
