About
La Gitana (Taco Truck) brings affordable, flavorful Mexican street food to Calistoga and the Napa Valley. Our menu centers on tacos, from carne asada and pollo to grilled onions and jalapeños served on the side, plus breakfast burritos for early risers.
We keep our prices friendly and our service quick, so you can grab a bite between tastings, after a hike or on the way through town. Guests often tell us our tacos are some of the best in the area, and we're proud that many of them come back year after year.
Our covered picnic tables make it easy to sit down and enjoy your food right by the truck. Whether you live nearby or are just passing through Napa County, we'd love to feed you.
Stop by the truck and have a bite with us.
