Kung Fu Action Theatre is a bar in the Tenderloin, San Francisco, focused on a relaxed, welcoming night out for locals and visitors alike. We're a friendly spot where it's easy to meet people you genuinely click with, and our regulars often say it feels like a safe haven once the sun goes down.

Our bartender David and the rest of the team are known for being fun to talk to and making newcomers feel at home. The space itself is one of a kind, with a rotating seat in the back room and lighted glass walls, tables and benches that you really need to see in person.

We're a great pre-stop before the late-night dance parties that have been popping up around the TL, though things tend to really get going later in the evening. We're proud to be a little bit of a hidden gem for San Francisco nightlife, and we welcome people from across the city and the wider Bay Area.
