About
Whether you need relief from sore, overworked muscles or a deeper approach to lasting comfort, Kristina Lentz and Beyond-Massage offers sports massage and craniosacral therapy tailored to you. Kristina draws on extensive training across many modalities, so every session is built around what your body actually needs rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.
She is intuitive and listens closely, and she is glad to recommend complementary care when it will help, including working alongside your chiropractor. Our approach goes beyond relaxation: we focus on the underlying causes of discomfort first, working efficiently on problem areas and then making practical suggestions you can use between visits.
Clients across San Rafael and Marin County have trusted us for years with everything from easing persistent pain to managing stress and recovering from strain.
Book through our website or give us a call to schedule your session.
